Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead for our North Haven, CT area. The role supports visual merchandising, maintains standard signage and displays, and drives sales by modeling and teaching strong merchandising practices.

The Zone Lead will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager, manage daily tasks, participate in freight and stock processes, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the designated zones. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support all visual merchandising processes and transitions.
• Lead tasks and daily/weekly workload as delegated by ASM.
• Participate in freight processes and stocking.
• Maintain neat, organized zones with up-to-date signage and sets.
• Assist in customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention goals.
• Coach team members on visual merchandising standards.
• Review store scorecard data to improve metrics.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
