Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports visual merchandising processes and maintains store standards.
• Plans and leads transitions, reinventions, and resets in designated zones.
• Maintains neat, clean, and organized zones with current signing and sets.
• Assists with freight processing, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Supports guest engagement, inventory control, and safety programs.
• Acts as a role model and coaches others on visual priorities and standards.
• Reviews store scorecard data and helps improve sales and expenses within zones.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
