Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain standards.
• Plan and lead transitions, resets and product changes to drive sales.
• Assist in freight processes and stock placement in zones.
• Maintain neat, clean zones and sign sets; lead team workloads.
• Participate in meetings on safety, shrink, and customer experience.
• Act as role model, coach, and trainer for visual priorities.
