Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods; bend, climb, reach.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Demonstrates ethical and safe conduct at all times.
• Creates urgency, promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes for designated zones in the store.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones; ensure current signage and sets.
• Collaborate with store team on customer experience, safety, and loss prevention.
