Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of retail supervisory experience.
• On-site work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct operations for a store zone with focus on merchandising and customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and inventory processes.
• Supervise associates and delegate daily tasks.
• Open/close store and ensure proper scheduling.
• Communicate directives to staff and ensure timely follow-up.
