Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Team Leader to direct a store zone’s merchandising and customer experience. You will supervise associates, ensure replenishment, signage, pricing, and daily recovery while maintaining store standards and company programs.

The role requires overseeing door-to-floor flow, scheduling, and efficient communication of directives. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize many tasks with deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail industry terms and processes.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and delegate tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned store zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee Door to Floor process for receiving and stocking merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Provide supervisory guidance to associates within the zone.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity of associates.
• Maintain customer service standards across the zone.
• Schedule and staff unloading/processing of merchandise to the floor.
• Communicate directives and programs to associates and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Open/close the store as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
