Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone on the sales floor, focusing on merchandising, customer service, and overall store experience. You will lead a team passionate about presenting merchandise and delivering an exceptional shopper experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid-to-large retailer, with schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and stocking of the sales floor.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities.
