Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising, and drive an excellent customer experience. You will manage displays, signage, replenishment, and pricing while ensuring standards are met.

The role requires supervisory experience at retail scale, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll lead a team to deliver strong results in customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead zone merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure productivity and customer service.
• Open/close store and perform additional duties as assigned.
