Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer service across a store zone.

You will supervise associates, manage staffing, and ensure store standards, inventory, and timely replenishment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with customers and associates.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and store procedures for the assigned zone, including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs are met.
• Oversee stocking and receiving of merchandise and ensure proper staffing for unload/processing and productivity.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store as needed and take on additional responsibilities.
