Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a merchandised zone of the store, delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. You’ll oversee merchandising, signage, and daily operations to drive sales and standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the zone: merchandising, signage, displays, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Maintain store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes.
• Oversee stocking and receiving to keep the floor stocked.
• Schedule staff for unload/processing and drive productivity and service standards.
• Supervise zone associates and ensure follow-up on directives.
• Open/close the store as needed and handle additional responsibilities.
