Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance within their assigned zone. You will support merchandising, price items, and communicate customer needs to leadership while upholding Ollie’s core values.

Responsibilities include training new Zone Specialists, staying informed on promotions, and contributing to a clean, organized selling floor. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in retail or similar service environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confidentiality and basic merchandising knowledge are a plus.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in the assigned store zone.
• Assist in training new Zone Specialists.
• Know promotions to answer customer questions and support donation programs.
• Keep the assigned zone neat, priced, and well-stocked.
• Assist with store recovery and customer needs communication.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
