Job summary

Ollie’s Retail seeks a in-store Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance and manage merchandising within their assigned zone. You will respond to promotion details, support donation programs, and help with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new associates.

The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department products are merchandised and recovered to visual standards.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new associates.
• Maintain zone neatly and take on additional duties as assigned.
