Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will handle merchandising, customer service, and zone upkeep, ensuring promotions are communicated and pricing is accurate.

The role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job is on-site at Ollie’s locations with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
