Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep within the assigned area.

Responsibilities include applying current promotions, supporting donation programs, and assisting with receiving and pricing. You will train new associates and keep your zone neat and organized, contributing to a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and recover products to visual standards within the department.
• Know current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
