Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to drive sales of manufactured housing products to wholesalers and developers. You will lead a sales team, develop retailer relationships, and coordinate product demonstrations while managing orders and payments.

The role requires travel up to 50% and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
