Job summary

Champion Home Builders in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to lead retailer partnerships and grow manufactured housing sales.

You will travel up to 50% to meet customers, demonstrate products, and close orders while promoting our product lineup and service standards. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong Excel skills are valued.

Job Title: Zone Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
