Job summary

Champion Home Builders in McMinnville, Oregon, is seeking a Zone Sales Manager to drive sales of manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis. You will manage customer relationships, present products, and close orders.

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
• Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
