Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.

The physical work environment includes a fast-paced kitchen, extended periods of walking and standing, varying temperatures, and interaction with customers, food products and cleaning supplies; you will direct crewmembers and ensure

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
• Directs crewmembers during a shift
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Supports execution of reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, etc.)
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order
• Completes other duties as assigned
