Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold our standards and culture across one restaurant zone. The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforce policies and standards; manage zone per operations and safety guidelines.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service.
• Support reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorize manager-level actions (discounts, promotions).
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and good working order; perform additional duties as assigned.
