Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces policies and standards and manages zone according to safety guidelines.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and record results.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-level actions such as discounts or promotions.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and equipment in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
