Are you a motivated leader with a passion for creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments? Join our team as a Building Environmental Services Supervisor (Zone Manager) and play a vital role in supporting the university community through exceptional environmental services.
In this position, you will lead and support a team of Environmental Services Technicians (EVS Techs), ensuring campus facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate work assignments, manage resources, conduct quality inspections, and ensure efficient service delivery across assigned areas.
The Zone Manager is responsible for developing staff schedules, monitoring performance, responding to urgent and emergency situations, and providing training and guidance to team members. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will help foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Working Hours will be: Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm, some weekends may be needed.
Other Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
