Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising across designated store zones and uphold brand standards. The role requires lifting, stocking, and leading a team to ensure an engaging guest experience and thriving sales environment.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager on transitions, floor resets, and maintenance of signs, vignettes, and endcaps, while promoting safety and ethical behavior. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising across store zones, maintaining standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workloads with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist with freight processes and stock zones, endcaps, and signing.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones to drive guest engagement.
• Lead by example, coaching Team Members on visual priorities and standards.
• Monitor store metrics and assist in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings and ensure compliance with safety and policies.
