At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support visual merchandising across designated zones, ensuring brand standards and a compelling guest experience. The ZL will lead transitions, plan workloads with the Assistant Store Manager, manage freight, and stock while coaching the team on visual priorities.

The role requires open availability for nights and weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear communication (verbal and written) required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team-lift 100 lbs; move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; bend, climb, reach as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Support visual merchandising processes for the store under supervision.Lead transitions, resets, and product assortment changes while maintaining visual integrity.Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.Assist with freight processes and stocking; maintain neat, organized zones.Participate in safety, loss prevention, and team meetings; coach and train team members.
