Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to support merchandising in designated zones, uphold visual standards, and drive sales with compelling displays in a warehouse-format store. The role requires lifting, stocking, and coaching team members to maintain appealing sets and accurate signage.

You will plan daily/weekly tasks with the Assistant Store Manager, participate in freight processing and end-cap maintenance, and focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention while working nights

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs; team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Flexible and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising across designated zones.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock management.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones and update signage.
• Promote customer experience, safety, and loss prevention.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
