Job summary

You will coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics, Finance, Sales and internal teams to ensure clear ownership and on-time execution. The role requires strong organization, customer focus, and the ability to translate contract requirements into actionable steps while maintaining service quality and visibility across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or service coordination in a technology services environment.
• Experience onboarding customers and managing recurring service activity, ticketing, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret contracts and translate requirements into coordinated actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring customer success and operational cadence for assigned ZeroTouch customers.
• Coordinate onboarding, service activity, reviews, billing inputs, ticket follow-through, reporting and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate across Warehouse & Logistics, Managed Services, Finance, Sales and customer teams to keep commitments visible.
• Surface risks, gaps, exceptions and opportunities while maintaining clear ownership boundaries.
