Job summary

Zonos in St. George, UT is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the trusted partner our customers rely on. You will own the relationship end to end, answering questions across phone, email, and chat, and dig into technical issues until they’re resolved.

You’ll also voice customer needs to Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive improvements. The role blends people skills with technical depth as our customers span ecommerce and cross-border trade.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, cross-border trade, SaaS, or Customer Success.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to help customers maximize value from Zonos products.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
• Create customer advocacy through demonstrated value and successful outcomes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and escalate when needed to resolve.
• Produce helpful customer-facing and internal documentation and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to feedback and product improvements.
• Proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upgrades or upsell opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for customers to become Zonos advocates.
