Job summary

Linktree is seeking a YouTube Creator Manager to build and manage relationships with YouTube creators, helping them maximize value from Linktree and relay their needs to product teams.

You will own a creator portfolio, provide tailored support, and drive awareness and adoption of tools relevant to YouTubers. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, and Growth to turn insights into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creator management or related roles within the creator economy.
• Experience directly managing relationships with creators and acting as day-to-day partner.
• Strong knowledge of the YouTube creator ecosystem, audience growth and monetization.
• A creator-first mindset translating goals into practical recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across creator sizes and stages.
• Track record of managing a portfolio and prioritizing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of YouTube creators as their primary Linktree partner.
• Identify opportunities to improve product usage, growth, engagement, and monetization for creators.
• Educate creators on Linktree products, features, and best practices to drive adoption.
• Capture qualitative and quantitative creator insights to inform product direction.
• Help build YouTube-specific tools and experiences based on creator patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Content, and marketing to turn insights into actions.
• Monitor portfolio engagement and product adoption to gauge support needs.
