Job summary

The Sociable Society is seeking an experienced Creator Manager to lead a roster of YouTube-first creators, develop long-term business strategies, and secure brand partnerships. You will collaborate with our Creator Growth, Business Affairs, and Marketing teams to maximize creator success in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will understand CPM dynamics, sponsorship integrations, product launches, and diversified revenue streams to help creators scale their businesses and influence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing creators, influencers, or digital talent.
• Demonstrated experience managing YouTube-first creators.
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing brand partnerships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of YouTube creators, acting as their primary business partner.
• Secure and negotiate brand partnerships that maximize creator value and foster long-term relationships.
• Develop annual business plans and revenue strategies for each creator.
• Identify opportunities across sponsorships, YouTube integrations, affiliate marketing, merchandise, memberships, live events, and licensing.
• Advise creators on channel growth strategies, content positioning, audience monetization, and business expansion.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional creator service throughout campaigns.
