Job summary

Linktree is hiring a YouTube Creator Manager to build and manage relationships with YouTube creators, helping them maximize Linktree to grow their audience and monetize their content.

You’ll own a portfolio of creators as their primary Linktree partner, providing tailored support based on tier and opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and the broader creator teams to turn learnings into product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in creator management or related roles.
• Experience managing relationships with creators or talent.
• Strong knowledge of the YouTube creator ecosystem.
• Creator-first mindset and ability to translate goals into actions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Data-informed with portfolio performance signals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Creator portfolio management: Own and develop relationships with YouTube creators and deliver tailored support.
• Creator growth and monetization: Help creators grow audience, engagement, and monetization with Linktree.
• Creator education and product adoption: Educate on Linktree features and drive adoption.
• Creator insights and feedback: Capture qualitative/quantitative insights to inform product.
• YouTube product learning: Surface patterns to build YouTube-specific tools.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Content teams.
• Portfolio performance: Track engagement and adoption to deepen relationships.
