Job summary

US Input Company is seeking a part-time Partnerships Specialist to source creators and negotiate sponsorships. You will own outreach, contracts, and follow-through across YouTube and other channels, ensuring clear terms and timely delivery.

You'll sharpen the value proposition, create briefs and copy, and track performance to guide renewals and improvements. Remote or Pittsburgh-based role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and closing creator sponsorships.
• Comfortable negotiating rates, deliverables, and usage terms directly.
• Able to write outreach that gets replies, not template blasts.
• Able to sharpen a value proposition with evidence.
• Able to produce marketing material: briefs, talking points, copy, and simple creative.
• Data-literate: read attribution reports and decide renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracts, and follow-through on YouTube and other channels.
• Agree on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines, then track signed items and published content.
• Sharpen Rebind's value proposition and convey it in marketing material.
• Create creator briefs, talking points, video scripts, and landing-page copy.
• Work with the founder to track placements, reach, engagement, and conversions; decide renewals.
