Qualifications

• 7+ years in influencer/creator marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business.
• Proven ability to manage high-value creator partnerships at scale.
• Experience managing complex creator/talent agreements and usage rights.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and ROI-focused optimizations.
• Deep knowledge of social/digital platforms and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator strategy for a portfolio of high-priority partnerships, translating objectives into integrated programs.
• Steward large-scale creator investments and complex partnership agreements with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead full lifecycle from strategy through execution, content review, and post-campaign value assessment.
• Own senior-level relationships with creators, agencies and production partners for mutual growth.
• Architect channel and activation strategies across appearances, integrations and Disney-owned distribution.
• Coordinate marketing, legal, finance, operations and platform teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Identify new creator opportunities and assess brand-fit, audience, and risk for investment decisions.
• Set performance expectations and optimization plans to maximize ROI.
• Monitor trends to keep Disney at the forefront of creator-led digital storytelling.
