Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• At least 3 years of case management experience with juveniles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs.
• Coordinate with placing agencies, families, probation, referral agencies.
• Provide individual counseling and skill development to youth.
• Monitor and document clinical behaviors and participate in activities.
