Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand seeks a Case Manager for the Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL. You will develop individualized case plans, coordinate treatment, and deliver counseling to youth ages 14–18 in a structured residential setting.

You will work with families, probation officers, and referral agencies while documenting progress and ensuring safety. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's in social work is preferred, with at least one year of adolescent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least one year experience working with adolescents.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, TB test.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate individualized case plans and treatment programs.
• Provide individual counseling and life skills guidance.
• Collaborate with youth, families, probation officers, referral agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and document clinical and behavioral progress; support youth through their treatment journey.
