Job summary

Rite of Passage - Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL is seeking a Case Manager to develop and coordinate individualized case plans and treatment programs for male youth aged 14–18 in a residential setting. You will work with a dedicated team to provide counseling and life skills guidance while ensuring compliance with referring agencies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s in human services preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
At least one year of experience working with adolescents is preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to work >40 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and facilitate individualized case plans and treatment programs.
Provide individual counseling and life skills guidance to youth.
Build relationships with youth, families, probation officers, referral agencies, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and document progress and actively participate in educational, social, and recreational activities.
