Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Case Manager for the Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL. You will develop individualized case plans and coordinate treatment for male youth in a residential setting, delivering counseling and life skills coaching to help youths meet personal and educational goals.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, progress, and compliance with the referring agency. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree in human services preferred.
At least one year experience working with adolescents is preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and facilitate individualized case plans and treatment programs.
Provide individual counseling and guide youth through their treatment journey.
Monitor progress and maintain open communication with youth, families, and referring agencies.
