Rite of Passage is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Therapist (Unlicensed MSW/MFT/MHC) for Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on administering treatment programs and case management for at-risk youth, reporting to the Clinical Director, and supporting staff supervision.

Compensation is rate-based at $16.35/hour with benefits eligibility. Located in Palm Beach, this role offers a pathway to growth within a mission-driven organization dedicated to youth development.

Competenze

• Must have MA/MS in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited school.
• Three years' experience with juveniles and prior case management experience required.
• Substance abuse education/intervention experience with juveniles preferred (CAC II/III).

Mansioni

• Administer, develop and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs for each student.
• Serve as primary provider for individual, group, family and case management services.
• Report to Clinical Director and assist in supervising group living staff.
