Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a part-time/PRN Therapeutic Manager for Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing case plans and prescriptive treatment for youth, with supervision of staff and coordination with the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess a MA/MS in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited school.
• Prior Case Management experience required including three years' experience with juveniles.
• Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs.
• Primary service provider for individual, group, family and case management services.
• Report to the Clinical Director and assist supervision of the group living staff.
