Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist for Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, FL. The role involves developing and overseeing case plans, providing individual and group therapy, and coordinating with the Clinical Director to ensure therapeutic goals are met.

The ideal candidate holds MA/MS/MSW and licensure (LMSW/LMFT/LMHC), with at least three years of experience with juveniles. CAC II/III is preferred. Schedule is five days per week, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience with juveniles.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs based on individual student needs and placing agency requirements.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring therapeutic goals are met.
• Report to the Clinical Director and supervise group living staff to support students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to ongoing program development.

Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at risk males. The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.

Pay: $88,000.00 annually

What you will do: The Licensed Therapist in the Rite of Passage program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapeutic Manager also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development.

To be considered you should:

• Possess a MA, MS or MSW.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Prior Case Management experience required including three years’ experience with juveniles.
• Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).

Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts: 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
