is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth aged 14 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.
Pay: $42,000 salary, exempt annually. Paid bi-weekly.

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting youth as they work toward achieving their personal, educational, and treatment goals. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating individualized case plans and treatment programs that meet the requirements of the referring agency while addressing the unique needs of each youth on your caseload. Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals, you will help create meaningful opportunities for growth by providing individual counseling, teaching essential life skills, and guiding youth through their treatment journey.
In this role, you will build positive relationships with youth, families, probation officers, referral agencies, and other key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and ongoing updates regarding each youth’s progress. You will foster a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where youth feel valued and empowered to succeed. Additionally, you will monitor and document clinical and behavioral progress while actively participating in educational, social, recreational, and athletic activities that promote personal development, confidence, and long-term success.
