Job summary

Unbound Now is seeking an Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The position is on-site at our local office and requires evening/weekend hours with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking or related populations.
• Training in trauma-informed care and crisis response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from law enforcement and care coordinators; arrive at the victim’s location within required time.
• Provide ongoing field-based advocacy and case management for youth survivors.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation of services for caseload.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and grant reporting requirements.
