Job summary

Unbound Bryan College Station seeks a CSEY Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, survivor-centered care and collaboration with CPS, MDT, and community partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, creating service plans, and maintaining timely documentation while supporting families and participating in trainings and staffings. Evening, weekend, and on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking or youth homelessness is preferred.
• Trained in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for caseload.
• Meet weekly with survivors in town and monthly for those placed out-of-town.
• Communicate with CPS and MDT teams and participate in staffings and trainings.
• Maintain case notes within 72 hours and build partnerships with service providers.
