Job summary

Unbound Now seeks an Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role requires on-site work at the local office, 40-50 hours per week, with on-call and travel within the region.

The Advocate will coordinate referrals, document services within 72 hours, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards while supporting survivors toward safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related human services field required.
• Experience working with victims of trafficking, child abuse, or homelessness/addiction highly valued.
• Formal training in Trauma-Informed Care, Stages of Change, and Motivational Interviewing required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from law enforcement and CST care coordinators; arrive at the location within the required time frame.
• Meet immediate physical needs of youth; provide ongoing field-based advocacy and case management.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for assigned caseload; develop service plans.
