Job summary

Unbound Now is seeking an Advocate in Houston, TX, to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role requires in-person client work with remote administrative duties, and offers a comprehensive benefits package under grant funding.

The position is full-time and exempt, with competitive annual salary and a strong emphasis on trauma-informed, survivor-centered care within a collaborative multi-system team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field required.
• Experience with victims of sex trafficking or youth services preferred.
• Formal training in trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and provide on-site or remote advocacy.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation of services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop safety plans for youth.
