Job summary

Unbound Now seeks a CSEY Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. You will work with law enforcement, care coordinators, and partner agencies to ensure safety, services, and compliance with program standards.

This full-time, exempt role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, trauma-informed care experience, and strong advocacy and coordination skills to support youth and families in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience working with victims of human trafficking or youth experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Trauma-informed care training or certification is valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from law enforcement, care coordinators, and other sources on call.
• Provide crisis response, ongoing case management, and emotional support for youth survivors.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Develop comprehensive assessments and independent service plans for safety and wellbeing.
• Attend external case staffings, emergency meetings, and service staffings.
• Maintain timely documentation of all interactions within 72 hours.
• Participate in weekly supervision and advocate resilience activities.
