Job summary

Unbound Now is seeking an Advocate to deliver crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, survivor-centered services in various settings, including the local office, hospitals, and partner facilities.

The Advocate will meet immediate physical needs, coordinate referrals, and document services in compliance with state and federal standards, with travel within the local area as needed and a schedule of 40–50 hours per

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related human services field is required.
• Experience working with victims of human trafficking, victims of child abuse, or youth homelessness/addiction is preferred.
• Formal training in Trauma-Informed Care, Stages of Change Model, and Motivational Interviewing is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from law enforcement, CST care coordinators, and other referrals when on call.
• Provide ongoing field-based advocacy, case management, and emotional support.
• Independently coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation of services for assigned caseload.
