Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking compassionate Individual Support Technicians to work with youth in home and community settings. You will help clients acquire daily living skills, adapt behaviors, and improve socialization using Positive Behavior Support strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on skill building, independence, and client safety, with shifts typically ranging from 2–4 hours and up to 35 hours per week. Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• At least 1 year supervised experience with PBS/ADL interventions.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Develop and update behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
• Train and coach parents/guardians to support skill generalization.
• Collect accurate service data and submit visit notes per compliance standards.
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
