Devereux Massachusetts in Rutland, MA seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support youth-focused services and ensure safe, therapeutic interventions. The role collaborates with leadership to shape program vision and handles programming planning for individuals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree; MAPS certification is required or must be obtained within six months. A driver’s license is mandatory, and supervisory experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience or High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience.
• MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
