Job summary

Devereux Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support therapeutic programming for youth in a behavioral healthcare setting. The role emphasizes compassionate interventions within a safe environment and collaboration with leadership to shape program vision.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required.
• MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
