Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Rutland, MA, seeks an Assistant Program Manager for Westside Residential Program serving youth. The role includes implementing DBT-based interventions, coordinating staff, and helping shape program direction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with two years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with one year of congregate care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of programming for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred)
