Job summary

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for youth with complex behavioral needs in Rutland, MA. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive therapeutic program planning and staff supervision.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in residential treatment with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning and supervision of residential staff.
• Budget management and integration of community-based experiences for youth.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.
